Welcome to Seville! Sunny weather, the way of life, the narrow labyrinth-like alleyways and the tapas culture give Seville such a special flavour. From the Phoenicians to the Romans, from the Moors to the Christians, Seville’s history is strewn with cultural change and unlike many places in the world, it has somehow managed to intertwine its past with its present.
To get to see the many faces of the city cycling is definitely the best way.
Due to its plentiful bike lanes the tour is safe, eco-friendly and you see more in less time! The route for this bike tour has been carefully created by our professional guides, so you can enjoy an easy-going ride from beginning to end. Our goal is to offer guests an up close and personal experience of the greatest landmarks in Seville while also giving you a more local view of the city.
So, after getting some rest from your journey and enjoying a hearty breakfast, join our 3 hour guided bike tour through the vibrant streets at 12:00p.m.!
The tour starts inside of an authentic local market - the perfect place to grab some fruits, sandwiches and drinks before you start your adventure. During the easy ride you won’t miss the most important historical buildings in the capital of Andalusia, such as the ancient Royal Tobacco Factory, the largest Gothic Cathedral in the world, recognised as UNESCO World Heritage, the Royal Palace Alcázar and the majestic Plaza de España. Immerse yourself in the traditional atmosphere of the Triana neighbourhood, famous for artisan ceramics and pottery industry, sailors, bullfighters and flamenco artists. The tour continues pedalling along the river Guadalquivir to Torre del Oro, a watchtower dating back to Moorish Times. On your way you pass by Palacio San Telmo - the city's finest example of baroque style. You move with the group to the famous old Jewish quarter Santa Cruz, full of winding small streets, enchanting squares, patios and whitewashed little houses. Entering in the Parque Maria Luisa you find a beautiful large green space within the heart of the city with hundreds of exotic trees lining shady avenues with colourful tiled benches, Moorish fountains and pools. All the while you get great photo opportunities along the way. Now you're ready to head back to where you started the tour and you are still perfectly in time for lunch – according to Sevillian lunchtime of course. ;) Your local guide will be happy to answer any questions you may have and inform you about places to go like restaurants and flamenco shows, so you can enjoy the most of your stay in Seville.
